Welcome to Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC. By purchasing any of our coaching, group programs, masterclasses, workshops, challenges, communities, courses or services—including but not limited to those under the brands Sacred Queen Academy, The Sacred Queendom, The Queendom, The Fem Formula, Fierce + Feminine, The Queendom Membership, and any other programs or services offered—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. No Refunds Policy
All sales made through Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC are final. We maintain a strict no refunds policy for all programs, products, services, and offerings, including but not limited to coaching, group programs, masterclasses, workshops, memberships, and other related services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, once payment has been made.
2. Payment Terms
Full Payment: Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any program, coaching, or services. No services will commence until full payment is received.
Installment Plans: If the Client chooses an installment plan, the Client is obligated to complete all payments, even if they choose to discontinue the service or fail to attend scheduled sessions. All installment payments must be completed in full as scheduled.
Delinquent or Failed Payments: If any payment fails or a subscription becomes delinquent, the full remaining balance will immediately become due. Failure to resolve the balance may result in termination of access to services and legal action to recover the owed amount.
Ongoing Memberships: For ongoing membership programs, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel membership, and cancellation will apply only after the next scheduled payment, if notice is not provided within 30 days prior to the upcoming payment.
3. Membership Cancellation Policy
For ongoing membership services (including, but not limited to, The Queendom Membership or any other membership programs without a specified end date), you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Notice must be provided at least 30 days before your nearest scheduled payment to avoid further charges. If notice is given less than 30 days before your next payment, that payment will still be due, and your cancellation will apply to the following payment period.
4. Service Changes and Discontinuation
Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, or offering at any time for any reason without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to participate fully in the services they have purchased. Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC is not responsible for results if the client does not show up, participate, or follow through with the required steps of any coaching or program.
6. Confidentiality
All client information and communications will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC will not disclose any information shared in private coaching sessions or group programs without the client’s written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC and its affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any of our services, programs, or products. By purchasing services from Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC, you agree to release us from any claims, damages, or legal disputes that may arise.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.
9. Changes to Terms
Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.

Please note the following:
Email and Inquiry Response Time: All emails and inquiries will be addressed within 48 hours, based on our business days and hours of operation. This means if you contact us outside of our operating hours or on a weekend, we will respond within 48 hours of the next business day.
Unavailable on Weekends: We are not available on weekends or outside the specified hours unless you are a current coaching client, in which case access is provided at our discretion.
New York State Compliance: Sacred Queen Co LLC / Fila Antwine LLC complies with all New York State laws regarding business operations and client communications. If you need immediate assistance outside of these hours, we encourage you to email us at [email protected], and we will respond as promptly as possible within our operating hours.
